Our skilled service engineers have a long lasting experience in the industry and with the instruments and can quickly resolve the problems on your systems. We also offer remote support via TeamViewer, which can often help to solve simple adjustment issues or to better locate the source of an error in order to be able to ship the proper spare parts in advance.

In our own in-house board repair facility we also repair boards in order to keep costs affordable. This is particulary helpful with older systems, where no new spare parts are available anymore and helps to secure your valuable assets as we are able to repair a vast array of systems across multiple manufacturers even when the systems have been obsoleted by the OEM.
